- Photos: the current photo you send so I can tune into your energy before a reading.
- Session details: the service you book, your session date and time, and anything you choose to share with me about your situation.
- Payment information: payments are processed securely by [payment provider, e.g., Stripe / Square / PayPal]. I never see or store your full card details.
- Website data: basic, non-identifying information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
How I Use Your Information
I use your information only to:
- Schedule, prepare for, and deliver your sessions
- Respond to your messages and inquiries
- Send booking confirmations and reminders
- Improve my website and services
I will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Your Photos
Your photo is used only to prepare for and conduct your reading. It is stored securely, never shared, and never posted publicly. Photos are permanently deleted within [30] days of your session unless you ask me to keep them for a follow-up session.
If you send a photo of someone other than yourself, such as a partner for a Relationship Reading, you confirm that you have that person’s consent to share it.
Confidentiality
What you share in a session stays between us. I don’t discuss clients or their readings with anyone, and I never share client stories publicly without written permission.
Sharing With Third Parties
I share information only with trusted service providers that help me run my business, such as my booking system, payment processor, and email provider, and only as much as they need to perform their services. Some of these providers may store data outside Canada. I may also disclose information if required by law.
Data Retention and Security
I keep your personal information only as long as needed to provide my services and meet legal or accounting requirements. I take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
